RGBY: Blue Dubba Dee is the third in a series of photos delving into the use of color and evocative images and text to tell a story.

"The boy ran and ran, through the forests, through the trees, until he came to a lake. It was frozen solid, and stretched as far as his eyes could see. He ran across the surface of the lake, and underneath, he could see bubbles, and fishes, and things. He thought he saw his mother, his father, the screen of a computer, cars, himself sitting in a room with red lights and green chairs, yellow corridors. He didn't know why they were red, or green, or yellow, because everything looked blue. There was a CRACK! and his foot broke through the ice. He fell in, but the water wasn't cold. It was strangely lukewarm, and felt runny. Bubbles filled with images like those on a television screen mobbed him. There was Wheel of Fortune, and the Cosby Show, and the News, and Power Rangers, and a McDonald's commercial. They swam around him, in him, through him. He began to drown."
